Great chefs from 20 countries and pastry chefs from 10 countries will compete at the competition. This elite selection of chefs will be placed in the same level playing field, ensuring that the chef with the best cooking skills will take the crown.
The chefs competing will have to cook 4 meals for 12 people in only 5 hours, using the freshest and top quality ingredients from Scotland, Holland, Norway, New Zealand and Thailand: foie gras, Scottish salmon, scallops, Dutch veal and chocolate.
The contestants in the pastry-chef category have to make three different kinds of desserts plus a 60 cm high delicious and beautiful artistic piece.
