Gastromedia appears every two months, it is freely distributed in Romania and the Republic of Moldova and it has a circulation of 13,700 copies. Its readers are decision makers, managers and specialists from the hospitality (HoReCa) and the food service industry (restaurants, hotels, fast foods, canteens, bars, coffee shops, confectioneries, catering service providers, public and private institutions providing catering services etc.). The subscribers' database is permanently monitored and updated.

The most valuable asset of GASTROMEDIA magazine is the readers’ database, constantly developed and updated over the years. Addresses of new specialized units or newly established companies, ready to invest in the hospitality market are added daily to the list. Meanwhile, addresses of companies which for various reasons closed their activities closed companies are removed from the database. Due to the well-defined target audience, media impact of the magazine is very effective.
Results of a survey among readers reveal that:
88% of readers are entrepreneurs or have the decision making power within the receiving companies;
• Each of the 13,700 copies is averagely read by 4 people, raising the magazine’s media exposure to about 54,800 readers.

Professional involvement

GASTROMEDIA magazine initiates and supports many events and business meetings that help the development of the hospitality (HoReCa) and food service market. The main evidence of this commitment is organizing the exhibition dedicated to the baking, confectionery and food service industries, Expo GastroPan. The event is being regarded as the most important specialized trade fair held in Central and Eastern Europe.
