The 10th edition of GastroPan exhibition will take place in Targu Mures, Romania, April 19-22 2018, and will reunite the most important suppliers of solutions and technologies for the bakery, confectionery, hospitality and food service industries. All four days of the exhibition will be filled with interesting programmes at the booths of exhibitors. GastroPan Competitions will return to name the best Bread and Cake of the Year.
It has already become a tradition that novelties of the bakery, confectionery, hospitality and food service sectors are being launched at GastroPan exhibition, an international event that marks the launch of new tendencies and technological innovations, bringing together the world's leading producers and distributors of equipment, ingredients and raw materials, accessories, packaging, technologies and IT solutions.
More than 21,000 specialists visit GastroPan exhibition annually, coming not only from Romania, but also from Europe and other continents such as Asia or North America to contact the Romanian market and the solutions available in Romania.
Following the exhibition that was organized in 2017 in Sibiu, for the tenth edition the event returns to Targu Mures, where most of the editions have been organized so far. Thanks to investments into modernizing made by the new management of the exhibition center in Targu Mures, there will be four exhibition halls, improved and prepared to host such an event.
The exhibition aims to exceed the expectations of specialists in bakery, pastry, confectionery, ice cream, chocolate, gastronomy and hospitality, through the variety of solutions exhibited and a dynamic and attractive exhibition programme.
