GastroPan Demo Zone - the place of innovation ant talent

GastroPan trade fair has always been appreciated by its visitors for the practical approach. Demo Zone brings together both Romanian and foreign highly trained specialists. From young talents waiting to be discovered, to Olympic medalists in confectionery and gastronomy, everyone will join forces to show the audience, through practical demo shows, the importance of these handicrafts.

Here are some of the LIVE Demos Shows held at GastroPan 2013:

• Fruit and vegetable sculptures with internationally awarded specialists;

• Cooking shows with highly trained chefs;

• Creative methods of making chocolate and sugar-made products;

• Artisan bread making - traditional and innovative bread baking;

• Artistic pieces, sculpture and decorations made from marzipan;
