UIB President will visit the stands of more than 120 suppliers from 24 countries which will come to GastroPan to showcase the latest and most effective solutions and technologies for bakeries, pastry shops, confectionery and food service facilities. At the same time he will taste, along with the 20,000 visitors, Romanian traditional products and enjoy artistic pieces made of chocolate, sugar, marzipan, gingerbread, fruit and vegetables, presented by internationally rewarded local and foreign bakers, confectioners and chefs.
The presence of Peter Becker at GastroPan trade fair is very important for the Romanian food industry, helping to make bakery and confectionery products more competitive, to increase exports, and also leading to better awareness of local products worldwide.
The exhibition will run from in 2013 April 11-14 on an area of 10,000 square meters in the city Pantelimon, near Bucharest. The event expects around 20,000 visitors.
