Organized by DMP Srl, the III edition of Levante PROF, which will take place in the new and prestigious pavilion of Fiera del Levante - ranked as "Gateway to the East" -, can build on its international position as the meeting place for buyers of various food sectors coming from the Balkans, South-east Mediterranean basin and the Northern Africa.
Following the successful latest edition - during which more than 250 exhibitors and 20 thousand professional operators participated in the event - Levante PROF 2013 aims at helping companies to promote abroad their products, know-how and expertise, and increase new business opportunities with emerging markets such as the Albania, Bulgaria, Croatia, Greece, Montenegro, Macedonia, Romania and Serbia.
The international trade fair will showcase the latest trends and innovations in the field of food raw materials and basic products, food machinery and processing equipment, furnishing and accessories for ice-cream parlors and pastry shops, bakery equipments and machinery, catering materials and supplies, and packaging materials and machines. Divided into thematic sections, Levante PROF will host a rich program of events, such as demos and in-depth educational seminars, courses and international contests during which famous chefs will participate in highly professional competitions.
