RHEX, all the tastiness of catering… All the beauty of hospitality

From 2nd to 5th February 2014, Rimini Horeca Expo, the international appointment with the “eating out” world returns to Rimini Fiera

 

Rimini, 24th July 2013 – The Horeca world meets at RHEX.
From February 2nd to 5th 2014, Rimini Fiera will spotlight the best proposals and new trends in catering/food service, hospitality and entertainment. An extraordinary showcase of products, technologies and solutions for creating innovation. A very busy program of workshops, demos and meetings with top international buyer to boost business.

There is therefore eager expectation for the second edition of Rimini Horeca Expo, dedicated to the Hotel-Restaurant-Catering (HoReCa) sector, launched last year and based on the combined strengthened experience of SIA Guest and Sapore.
The first edition hosted over 53,000 trade visitors, 7,000 business meeting with buyers from all over the world, 357 accredited journalists, big names in the international hotel industry and award-winning cuisine, and the expo will be held at the beginning of February 2014, with a new time slot, to meet market requirements, but leaving its winning formula unchanged.
The expo will feature eight “cores”, each able to ensure its specific sector an insight and high profile: Seafood & Processing MSE, the only Italian trade fair completely focussed on seafood, Selezione Birra & Beverage, Food & Frigus with the return of the sector dedicated to the refrigeration and frozen food sector, Regional Specialities, wine & extra virgin olive oil, Contract & Design, Cooking & Mise En Place, Hotellerie & Wellness and Technologies & Services.
These sections, specifically created by the organizers, will ensure an unbeatable combination, ranging from the world of catering to that of hospitality, including the latest trends in design and contract business, bringing together under one roof not only products, but also cultural initiatives, show cooking, contests, exhibitions, tasting sessions, debates, conferences, round tables and international business meetings.
Top names are awaited from the international design and architecture worlds, famous award-winning chefs and exceptional guests in a context highlighting the art of Italian-made taste and hospitality.
Rimini Fiera Lorenzo Cagnoni comments, “We are very satisfied to be able to present RHEX for the second consecutive year, an expo that is a reference point for the “away from home” world.
